Iberia Valencian Rice, 12 oz (Pack of 24) Arroz Tipo Valenciano
To Prepare:
In medium saucepan, bring 1-1/2 cups water to boil. Add 1 cup rice, 1 tbsp. shortening or oil, and 1/2 tsp. salt. Reduce heat to low and cook for 15 minutes, covering pan after 10 minutes. Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Yield: 1 cup uncooked rice makes 3 cups cooked rice. To retain vitamins, do not rinse before or drain after cooking.
