Paldo - Shikhye Reis Punch

This cold rice drink is probably the closest thing youll get to with traditional Korean dessert. Made from malt water and cooked rice, you can usually get a sweet, icy glass of sikye at a restaurant or café. The best time to get it though is after hitting the saunas or jjimjjilbang (찜찔방). It will quench your thirst and wake you up from the languor of the hot tubs.
