The goodness of spearmint oils gives a cooling effect to your mouth. This mouth rinse is inspired by an ancient practice of oil pulling from Ayurveda. It is easy to use: just pour a capful into mouth and swish and pull between teeth and gums. Start with 3 minutes and work up to 20 minutes for best results.
